Preamble

This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between the Dizly application and all its visitors and beneficiaries. By entering the application or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all the provisions contained herein. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The application administration reserves the right to update these provisions as needed, and your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your explicit acceptance thereof.

1. Definitional Framework

• •Dizly: The digital interface and interactive platform that provides a space for users to display, exchange goods and services.
• •Beneficiary (User): Any natural or legal person who browses the application or registers in it for the purpose of selling, buying, or providing services.
• •Digital Store: The space allocated to the beneficiary within the application to manage their commercial activity, display products, and communicate with customers.

2. Usage Obligations and Prohibitions

At Dizly, we are keen to provide a safe and fair environment, therefore it is prohibited for all beneficiaries to do any of the following:

• •Manipulation and Tampering: Interfering with the application's mechanisms, attempting to hack servers, or manipulating listed prices to harm the market or competitors.
• •Commercial Misrepresentation: Publishing fake ads, using images unrelated to the item, or concealing product defects with the intent to deceive buyers.
• •Rights Infringement: Publishing content that infringes intellectual property rights, patents, or trademarks of the application or external parties.
• •Prohibited Content: Provoking political, religious, or sectarian debates, or offending any sovereign personalities or entities.
• •Data Theft: Using scraping software to copy users' ads or personal data and exploiting them on other platforms.
• •Regulatory Compliance: Providers of specialized services are required to display the necessary government licenses (e.g., real estate Val license, tourism licenses, Saudi Council of Engineers records, wildlife and water efficiency permits).

3. Limits of Liability and Disclaimer

• •Digital Intermediary: The role of the Dizly application is limited to being a technical intermediary linking the seller and the buyer, and we do not interfere in pricing, payment, or delivery processes.
• •Product Quality: The application provides no explicit or implicit warranties regarding the quality, legality, or description accuracy of the listed goods.
• •Dispute Management: Beneficiaries bear full civil and criminal responsibility for any financial or contractual disputes arising between them, and the application disclaims liability for any losses resulting from these operations.
• •Administrative Powers: The application administration reserves the absolute right to monitor activities, remove violating content, or ban accounts without prior justification.

4. Account and Store Management

• •Appropriate and suitable display names are required, and the account must be linked to an active, up-to-date phone number.
• •Creating multiple fake accounts or renting/selling the account to others is strictly prohibited. The original account owner is the first and final legal responsible party for all activities originating from it.
• •You must be officially authorized if you use the name or logo of a company or commercial entity as your account identifier.

5. Publishing Policy and Content Rights

• •Ad Controls: The price must be clearly stated, the ad placed in the correct category, and flooding the platform with duplicate ads for the same item must be avoided (a maximum limit is determined by the administration).
• •Content License: By uploading any images or text to the Dizly application, you grant us a full, free right to reuse this content in marketing campaigns, technical development, or the platform's operational activities as we deem appropriate.

6. Labor Service Regulations

In respect of human dignity and in compliance with official regulations:

• •The advertiser must be an accredited recruitment entity.
• •Dignity-violating phrases (such as: maid, servant, for sale, for transfer) are prohibited, and official terms (worker, male worker, service transfer) must be used.
• •Publishing official documents or personal photos of workers is prohibited, and no fees may be imposed on the worker in exchange for transferring services.

7. Blacklist (Prohibited Goods and Services)

To maintain user safety, trading of the following is prohibited in any form:

1. 1.Any goods whose trading is criminalized under Saudi law.
2. 2.Weapons of all kinds, espionage equipment, jamming devices, and prohibited laser devices.
3. 3.Medicines, medical supplements, and sexual products.
4. 4.Pyramid and network marketing services, and trading of shares or digital currencies.
5. 5.Banking goods and services (such as installments and loans), and personal data selling services.
6. 6.Tobacco and its derivatives.

8. Unacceptable Ads and Posts

Ads or replies containing the following will not be tolerated:

• •Clickbait titles that do not reflect the true content.
• •Offers soliciting donations, begging, or collecting funds through irregular means.
• •Posts aimed at defaming individuals or institutions.
• •Comments containing mockery, insults, or undervaluing others' goods.
• •Using private messages to harass users or send unsolicited promotional content (Spam).

9. Subscriptions and Paid Services

• •The application offers premium packages and services for a fee. The customer is expected to fully review the package features before paying.
• •All paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases of account suspension due to violations of the application's terms.

10. Financial Security Guidelines

To ensure a safe experience, we advise our users to:

• •Avoid transferring funds in advance to any untrusted party.
• •Complete transactions face-to-face after physically inspecting the item in public places.
• •In case of fraud, the affected party should go directly to the competent security authorities, and file a report with the application administration so we can suspend the violator's account.

11. Legal and Security Procedures

• •Addressing Violations: The Dizly application takes immediate action (including permanent bans and evidence collection) against any account promoting prohibited goods or engaging in fraud.
• •Platform Protection: Any party or individual proven to have attempted to hack our systems or clone our platform content will be pursued, based on the anti-cybercrime law.
• •Intellectual Property: If you detect any infringement of your commercial or intellectual rights within the application, please provide the necessary evidence via technical support channels, and we will take the appropriate technical action immediately.
